Accounts and Compliance Officer

You are a fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency looking for an experienced Accounts & Compliance Officer to oversee the finance and compliance functions. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and has hands-on experience managing accounts within a digital marketing agency environment. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare & finalize financial statements, MIS, and reconciliations - Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, EPF, ESI, and tax laws - Manage vendor negotiations, reimbursements, and F&F settlements - Handle statutory filings, GEM portal activities & audit coordination - Provide insights and financial analysis to support management decisions Requirements: - 5-8 years of experience in Accounts, Finance & Compliance - Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance (CA Inter/ICWA/CMA preferred) - Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards & tax laws - Proficiency in Tally ERP, QuickBooks, MS Excel & MS Office - Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency - Excellent analytical, negotiation & problem-solving skills Perks at Work: - Five day work week from Monday to Friday - Maternity and Paternity leaves - Provident Fund and ESIC - Health Insurance - Gratuity - Excellent work exposure About ANTS: ANTS is an integrated marketing solutions company focused on helping clients scale their businesses in a digital-first world.
