Job Description

Job Title: Accountant & Admin/HR Head

Location: Nashik

Reporting To: Director

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant & Admin/HR Head to manage the company’s financial accounting, statutory compliances, payroll, and HR administration. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting practices, statutory returns, HR processes, and basic administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Compliance:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial records.
  • Prepare and file statutory returns (GST, TDS, Professional Tax, etc.).
  • Handle Income Tax compliance including advance tax, filing returns, and coordinating with auditors.
  • Ensure timely filing of ESIC, PF, and other statutory compliances.
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor payments, and receivables.
  • Assist in preparation of financial statements and audit support.

Payroll & HR Management:

  • Prepare and process monthly salary for all employees.
  • Track attendance, leaves, and overtime records.
  • Maintain and update employee records (joining, exit, statutory documents).
  • Ensure compliance with HR-related statutory laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Address employee queries related to payroll and leave management.

Administration:

  • Oversee basic office administration (stationery, vendor management, office upkeep).
  • Support management in coordination, documentation, and compliance-related work.
  • Maintain proper filing of company documents, agreements, and contracts.
  • Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and internal communications.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances.
  • Proficiency in Tally/ERP software, MS Excel, and other accounting tools.
  • Good understanding of PF, ESIC, Income Tax, and other HR compliances.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines independently.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA in HR/Finance preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting, HR, and administration.
  • Experience in handling statutory returns and payroll is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
