Accounts and Administration Executive

Job Description: You will be joining Intellex as an Accounts & Admin Executive in Kochi. Your role will involve handling both accounting and administrative responsibilities. Role Overview: As an Accounts & Admin Executive at Intellex, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with the implementation of internal control procedures. Additionally, you will be managing travel itineraries, accommodations, and expense claims for staff, organizing company records, handling vendor management, and ensuring compliance with company policies & procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Manage vendor relationships and communication - Maintain accurate records of financial transactions - Assist with the implementation of internal control procedures - Manage travel itineraries, accommodations, and expense claims for the staff - Maintain and organize important company records, contracts, and confidential files - Handle vendor management, office maintenance coordination, and procurement - Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures - Coordinate communication and follow-ups on action items as required by senior management - Support HR, finance, and legal teams with routine admin requirements Qualifications Required: - Commerce graduate - Relevant experience of 4-5 years - Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Conversant with Tally, Excel, Word etc. Note: Intellex Consulting Services Ltd is a specialist consultancy providing RAMS & System assurance for safe, secure, reliable, and efficient Railway systems.
