Key Responsibilities: - Accounts & Finance Management: - Process all expense claims, approvals, and reimbursements - Generate and track customer invoices, ensuring timely collections - Assist in the preparation of necessary financial reports and statutory filings (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC) - Maintain accurate financial records and documentation - Aid in tracking budgets - Administrative Operations: - Manage day-to-day office administration and operations - Coordinate with vendors for office services and supplies - Maintain company assets inventory and documentation - Organize team meetings, events, and logistics - Handle internal communication and cross-departmental coordination - Support Manager on staff attendance, leave records, and administrative documentation - Oversee office maintenance and facility management - Team & HR Coordination: - Schedule recruitment interviews and maintain candidate records - Support onboarding and employee documentation - Track employee attendance and leave management - Assist in organizing team-building and engagement activities - Maintain employee records and aid in basic HR compliance and documentation Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field - 3 to 5 years of experience in accounts and administration roles - Proficiency in Tally, Advanced MS Excel is preferred - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication skills and professional demeanor - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Exposure to HR coordination is an added advantage Joining Neopulse Energy: At Neopulse Energy, you will be part of a mission-driven renewable energy company, offering a diverse role with exposure to multiple business functions.
