We are looking for an Accounts & Admin Executive to manage daily financial operations and administrative functions. This role suits professionals with early-career experience in accounting, taxation, and office administration who are looking to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


Accounting & Finance

  • Generate invoices, track collections, and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and perform account reconciliations.
  • Handle bookkeeping, and GST/VAT filing in compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate with banks for payments, fund transfers, and related documentation.
  • Support the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and expense summaries.


Administrative & Operational Support

  • Assist in drafting business agreements, contracts, and client proposals.
  • Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance verification.
  • Oversee administrative activities such as maintaining records, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Support HR and operational tasks including maintaining employee files, Job posting, and office supplies coordination.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth business operations.


Requirements

  • MBA Finance and HR or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting and administration.
  • Proficiency in

    Zoho Books

    and MS Excel is mandatory.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles, GST/VAT, and compliance processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
