We are a leading chit fund company committed to providing financial solutions and fostering community growth. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented female Administrative Executive to support our operations and drive lead conversions through effective telecalling.​

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

• Manage daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and document management.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and maintain schedules for senior management.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
• Maintain and update client records and databases accurately.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks as required.​

Telecalling & Lead Conversion

• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote chit fund products and services.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries, providing detailed information and addressing queries.
• Achieve daily and monthly lead conversion targets through effective communication and persuasion.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless new client acquisition lead handover and follow-up processes.​

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years experience in administrative roles; experience in telecalling or customer service is advantageous.
• Fluency in Tamil and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.​

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial services or chit fund industry will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with lead management and conversion techniques.
• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
• Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.​
