As an Administration and Office Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently manage various aspects of office operations to ensure smooth functioning. This includes handling travel and accommodation arrangements in compliance with company policies, which involves booking flights, train tickets, and hotel accommodations in a cost-effective manner. You will also be entrusted with maintaining records of fixed assets such as laptops, office equipment, and furniture, along with tracking inventory levels and conducting periodic audits. Coordinating courier services, tracking important shipments, and managing documentation will be crucial tasks to ensure seamless communication and information flow within the organization. In addition, your role will involve managing office pantry supplies, arranging meals for guests, and maintaining a well-equipped workspace to create a conducive environment for work. Handling local coordination tasks, office-related errands, vendor coordination, and logistical support using your own conveyance will be part of your daily responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in administration, asset management, and expense tracking. Proficiency in online travel booking portals and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, will be essential. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills are vital, along with meticulous attention to detail in vendor coordination and cost management. As part of the job requirements, owning conveyance for local travel and administrative tasks is mandatory. The position is full-time and permanent, suitable for both experienced professionals and freshers. Benefits offered include cell phone reimbursement, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund contributions. The work schedule consists of day shifts, fixed shifts, and morning shifts, with performance bonuses and yearly bonuses as additional incentives.
