Job Title: Financial Consolidation & Reporting (Assistant Manager / Manager)

Responsibilities:

Lead monthly/quarterly/annual group consolidation across entities.
Prepare accurate consolidated financials under US GAAP/IFRS.
Oversee month-end close, variance analysis, and audit support.
Manage consolidation tools (HFM/OneStream/BPC/Tagetik).
Ensure strong controls, process standardization, and automation.
Partner with Controllership, FP&A, Tax, and Legal teams.
Lead and mentor consolidation/reporting team.

Requirements:

Bachelors in Accounting/Finance; CA/CPA/ACCA preferred.
5–14 years in consolidation/corporate reporting; strong US GAAP/IFRS knowledge.
Experience with multinational entities and consolidation systems.
Advanced Excel, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Big 4 or M&A accounting exposure preferred.
