Job Title: Financial Consolidation & Reporting (Assistant Manager / Manager)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead monthly/quarterly/annual group consolidation across entities.
  • Prepare accurate consolidated financials under US GAAP/IFRS.
  • Oversee month-end close, variance analysis, and audit support.
  • Manage consolidation tools (HFM/OneStream/BPC/Tagetik).
  • Ensure strong controls, process standardization, and automation.
  • Partner with Controllership, FP&A, Tax, and Legal teams.
  • Lead and mentor consolidation/reporting team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Accounting/Finance; CA/CPA/ACCA preferred.
  • 5–14 years in consolidation/corporate reporting; strong US GAAP/IFRS knowledge.
  • Experience with multinational entities and consolidation systems.
  • Advanced Excel, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  • Big 4 or M&A accounting exposure preferred.
