Role Description

We are looking to hire a jovial and energetic Accounting Software Support Specialist which in charge to support all client enquiries referring to Accounting Software related matters. The respective employees are accountable for being proactive and alert to maintain and support our company's production progress.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide support to end users on enquiries to Accounting Software via phone call / email / remote assistance.
• Provide Software technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Perform data migration works, templates creation where necessary.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely & professional manner.
• Involve in ad-hoc tasks where applicable.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Degree or relevant qualification equivalent to the field required

Hands on experience in accounting software tools is mandatory.

- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
