Job Description

We are seeking an Accounting Manager with hands-on experience in NetSuite accounting software to lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements while mentoring a team of accountants.

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Tenure Condition

b) In the event of an early separation (before completing 18 months), the employee will be required to reimburse the company an amount equivalent to two months Monthly Gross Salary. This is to account for the investment made in training, skill development, and any potential impact on business operations and client relationships.
