Accounting Manager

As a US Accounting Manager at blueStone Solutions Group based in Greater Noida, Sector 4, your primary role will be to manage the US accounting operations using QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise Edition. This includes preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements, ensuring accurate data entry, and maintaining compliance with US accounting standards. You will collaborate with the US team daily, providing real-time support and updates to the leadership team. Key Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle US accounting operations using QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise Edition - Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements - Ensure timely and accurate data entry, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance - Support financial audits and maintain compliance with applicable US accounting standards - Coordinate with tax preparers and consultants as needed - Provide ongoing reports and insights to management on financial performance - Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking - Collaborate daily with the US team, providing real-time support and updates Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting or Finance - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting for US-based clients within the Staffing and Recruitment Industry - Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise Edition and Microsoft Excel - Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) - Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities - Must be comfortable working US time zone hours (e.g., 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM IST) Onsite Preferred: - CPA, CA, or equivalent certification (a plus) - Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the US leadership team, receive a competitive compensation package, and benefit from growth and advancement opportunities within an international organization.
