Accounting Manager

You have a great opportunity with one of our clients for a Manager(US Accounting/Audit) role based in Bangalore. As a candidate, you are required to have a total of 10+ years of experience in US Accounting, with a focus on reviewing and analyzing accounting work. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and finalizing tasks completed by fellow associates, team management, identifying errors, providing feedback, ensuring completeness of files and supporting documents, presenting best practices, preparing metrics, and managing complex projects with minimal guidance. You will also be responsible for communicating noteworthy items to clients and managing the team directly through regular check-in meetings and discussions. To be eligible for this role, you should have experience in financial statement reviews, preparation of complex statements, and at least 6 years of job-related experience in U.S. GAAP accounting. It is preferred that you have experience working in CPA firms, exposure to various domains like Manufacturing, Service, Retail & Distribution, and recent experience with accounting packages such as QBO or Intacct. Additionally, you should have prior supervisory and training experience, familiarity with software tools and systems, and experience in complete performance appraisals for team members.
