Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented International Accounts Executive to join our growing international accounting team.
The candidate will be responsible for managing bookkeeping and accounting operations for overseas clients, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial reporting according to international accounting standards.

This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in their accounting knowledge, have prior experience with international bookkeeping, and can handle client communication in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities for international clients.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate tracking of invoices and payments.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and assist in audit preparation.
• Work efficiently on QuickBooks, Xero, or Tally, depending on client requirements.
• Communicate directly with overseas clients through email and virtual meetings.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting.
• Collaborate with senior accountants and team leaders on ongoing projects.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field (B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA – Finance preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in accounting or bookkeeping (preferably in outsourcing or international process).
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or Tally ERP.
• Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Candidates with US or UK accounting exposure will be given preference.
