Bookkeeping & Data EntryRecording day-to-day financial transactions Entry of sales, purchases, receipts, and payments Ledger maintenance and reconciliation B. GST CompliancePreparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B Reconciliation of GSTR-2A / 2B Maintenance of Input Tax Credit (ITC) records C. TDS & Tax ComplianceCalculation and deduction of TDS Filing of quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q) Generation of Form 16 / 16A D. Bank ReconciliationMonthly reconciliation of all bank accounts Identification and rectification of mismatches E. Payroll Accounting (if applicable)Monthly salary calculation PF/ESIC/TDS compliance Payslip generation F. Finalization of AccountsPreparation of Trial Balance Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet Coordinating with Auditors
