Job Description

Delivery Manager (Staffing)

Location - Marathahalli

Work Mode - WFO (5 days a week)

Role Type - FTE

Notice Period - Immediate to 15 days(max)

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding staffing needs and delivery updates.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and workforce requirements.
  • Ensure timely communication of progress, challenges, and solutions to clients.

Team Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters, coordinators, and other delivery personnel.
  • Set performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and productivity.

Staffing Delivery:

  • Oversee the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client staffing requirements.
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Address and resolve delivery challenges, such as candidate dropouts, delays, or client escalations.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A masters degree is a plus.

Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources.
  • 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role within a staffing or talent acquisition environment.
  • Experience managing client relationships and delivering on complex staffing requirements.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
  • Analytical skills to track performance metrics and drive improvements.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making expertise.
