Designer

Skills Required

• Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Canva
• Proficiency in video editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
• Proficiency in animation videos / motion graphics (After Effects or similar tools) for LED screens

and event backdrops

• Ability to design banners, posters, mock-ups, stage LED backdrops, and large format prints
• Knowledge of video coverage and editing for Behind-The-Scenes (BTS) & event action videos
• Ability and willingness to visit event venues for coverage, content capture, and coordination
• Team player with average but functional client communication skills
• Time management and ability to work under tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• Design event collaterals, banners, and stage backdrops for LED displays.
• Create mock-up files for client presentations.
• Develop motion/animation videos for stage LED backdrops and event branding.
• Capture and edit event highlight videos, BTS coverage, and action moments.
• Visit event venues to record footage, coordinate on-ground creative needs, and support

production.

• Collaborate with internal event and production teams to meet project requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of all creative assets.
• Support client servicing teams with visual content requirements.
