Job Description

The Accountant/Cashier will be responsible for managing daily cash transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring proper billing and receipts, and supporting the overall accounts function .

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Handling & Billing:

Handle daily cash collections, card payments, UPI, and other payment modes.
Issue receipts for all customer transactions.
Prepare daily cash reports and ensure timely deposit of cash into the bank.
Manage Petty Cash and maintain records.

Accounting & Documentation:

Record all financial transactions in Tally/ERP system.
Maintain sales, purchase, expense, and inventory accounts.
Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory reports.
Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and showroom cash daily.
Support in monthly and yearly closing of accounts.

Customer & Vendor Coordination:

Coordinate with customers regarding payment receipts.
Follow-up on pending payments/dues.
Handle vendor payments and maintain proper supporting documents.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure adherence to showroom finance policies.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly MIS reports to management.
Assist in audits by providing necessary records and documents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
