Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accountant based in Ahmedabad with some work from home acceptable. The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, such as preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable/receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional duties include budgeting and forecasting, reconciling accounts, and conducting financial analysis to support business decisions.

Qualifications

Experience in accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and part of a team in a hybrid work environment
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Relevant certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus
Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
