Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage the company’s day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. The role involves reconciling bank accounts, handling monthly account reconciliations, and managing both accounts payable and accounts receivable. The candidate will also process payroll, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and prepare quarterly and annual tax returns. Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining financial policies and procedures, assisting in budget preparation and monitoring, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
