Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting overall financial operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare and examine financial records, statements, and reports. - Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. - Manage accounts payable and receivable. - Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts. - Assist with budgeting and forecasting. - Prepare tax returns and assist with audits. - Maintain financial databases and filing systems. - Collaborate with internal teams to support financial goals. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - CPA or equivalent certification preferred. - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP). - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
