Full Job Description: Upchaar – The Multispeciality Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Accountant to manage the hospital's financial records, billing processes, and compliance reporting. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of accounting principles, healthcare billing (preferred), and statutory obligations to ensure smooth financial operations and transparency. Key Details: Job Type: Full-Time Location: On-site – Upchaar Hospital Experience Required: 2+ years in accounting (Healthcare or hospital experience preferred) Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent General Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and daily financial transactions Prepare and verify bills, invoices, and payments Handle patient billing, insurance claims, and payment reconciliation Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursement records Ensure timely filing of TDS, GST, and other statutory returns Conduct regular audits and assist with external audits as required Monitor budgets, expenditures, and cash flow Coordinate with bank officials, vendors, and auditors Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
