Job Description: · Routine Accounting Tasks : Generate Money receipts for collection, preparation of Cash voucher, Bank Voucher and Journal Voucher , Entries in General ledger, Preparation of Bank Book, Cash Book and other Accounting records · Bank reconciliation: Reconcile entries in accounting software with Bank statement and resolve the discrepancies on daily basis. · Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process vendor invoices, Payments, Advance set off, Collection from Students, Inter Unit transfer & reconciliation. · GST & TDS compliances: Deduction and deposit of TDS, Filing of TDS & GST returns. · Payroll Management: Preparation of monthly Salary bills and deposit of EPF, ESI, Income Tax, Professional Tax etc. · Finalization of Accounts: Preparation of Balance sheet, Profit/Loss Account, Income & Expenditure Account and schedules thereof. · Audit Coordination: Maintain proper records for Audit and provide to Auditors during Audit. Required skills: · Proficiency in Tally ERP 9, MS Excel, MS word. · Strong knowledge in Accounting principles, Accounting entries and reconciliation. · Knowledge in GST, TDS and filing return procedure. Experience: 2 to 3 years hands on experience in any organization Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
