Qualification

Maste’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibilities

·        Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

·        Performing account reconciliations and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.

·        Monitoring and tracking expenses to ensure they are within budgetary limits.

·        Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

·        Conducting financial analysis and providing recommendations based on findings.

·        Assisting with the preparation of tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

·        Maintaining an organized filing system for all financial documents and records and MIS reports

·        Collaborating with other departments to gather information and ensure accuracy of financial data.

Experience

3 to 12  years of relevant experience.

Skills

·        Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

·        Must have knowledge of Tally Prime.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

·        Basic knowledge of GST & TDS.

·        Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software.

·        Experience with financial analysis and modeling.

·        Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
