Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and productive Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily accounting tasks, support the finance team with month-end closing processes, and help ensure accuracy in financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable
Maintain general ledger entries and reconciling bank statements
Process invoices, expense reports, and payments
Assist in preparing financial reports, tax filings, and other accounting documents
Help with internal audits and financial compliance tasks
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Maintain proper documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in accounts
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and time management abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
