You are a direct-to-consumer (D2C) lifestyle brand with a vision to advocate the / SAADAA way of living and create better basics for everyone. Being one of the top 1% Shopify stores in India, you have achieved significant growth from a 100-square-foot garage to a 150+ people team within 4 years, all while being bootstrapped and profitable with industry-leading benchmarks. **Role Overview:** As a Junior Accountant at / SAADAA, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting tasks. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating excellent knowledge of MS Excel, including functions like Vlookup, Pivot table, and Conditional formatting - Being highly proficient in using accounting software such as Tally, BUSY, ERP, etc. - Preparing monthly and annual financial reports, financial statements, and detailed reports like cash flow analysis - Collaborating with the Chartered Accountant and assisting in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements - Managing vendor relationships and reconciling billing discrepancies - Conducting reconciliations with online sales channels and visiting the bank for various financial transactions - Handling local compliance reports and acting as a liaison for vendors **Qualification Required:** To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proven experience as a junior accountant - Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail - Proficiency in handling numbers, figures, and analytical tasks - Experience with general ledgers and ERP systems, including Microsoft Office - Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and maintain confidentiality - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; IPCC pass-out is preferred - ACA, ACCA, or CIMA certification is a plus but not required **Why Join / SAADAA:** If you resonate with the belief that life should be simple and focus on better basics, / SAADAA offers you: - A team of empathetic problem solvers and a culture of continuous learning - Competitive compensation and a growth path to becoming a leader - An opportunity to drive meaning with products and the freedom to explore, fail, and learn In a world full of unnecessary complexities, / SAADAA advocates for simplicity and better basics, believing it to be the key to living a fulfilling life.
