Position: Account Officer / Accountant

Job Description

1. To perform routine accounting entries in tally or ERP and to prepare correct financial statements like Profit and loss, Balance sheet, Cash flow. Maintaining regular accounts meticulously.

2. To ensure timely Statutory Compliances. Must have knowledge for TDS, GST return filing and other indirect and direct taxation related compliances.

3. To initiate purchase orders as per need of company, do follow-up with vendors, keep track of payables.

4. Keep track of fixed assets and maintain asset register.

5. To coordinate and do follow-up with customers, for receipt of payment.

6. To prepare and analyze various Management reports for debtors, creditors, revenue, expenses, trends of purchase of metal, stock statement etc….

7. To coordinate with bank for settlement of BRC and other compliances of bank towards import payment.

8. To coordinate with consultant for monitoring obligations under EPCG Import.

9. To coordinate for salary processing, filing PF, ESI challans.

Skills:

· Computer proficiency mainly in Xls, Word

Education:

B.Com /M.Com

Experience:

· 2 to 3 years experience as accountant in any manufacturing Company

· Experience with Tally or any accounting software is mandatory

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
