Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Ganganagar. The Accountant will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, analyzing financial data to inform company decisions, and managing all accounting transactions. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budget planning and financial forecasting. The role also involves ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all accounting tasks.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
Experience in financial reporting, budget planning, and financial forecasting
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification such as CPA or CA is a plus
Relevant experience in the mining or metals industry is advantageous
