About Us:

Polar Dry Cleaning and Laundry is a growing professional laundry and dry-cleaning service provider committed to delivering quality and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant & Billing Executive to manage both our accounting and billing operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, cash flow statements, and monthly reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Oversee customer billing, invoicing, and payment collections.
• Maintain accurate billing records and ensure timely generation of invoices.
• Coordinate with management for budget preparation and expense tracking.
• Assist in GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure accurate billing for all services provided.
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and records.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in accounting and billing.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Tally ERP or similar accounting software.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with GST and basic tax compliance.
• Soft Skills:
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Salary:

₹18000 per month (based on experience)

Work Schedule:

Full-time | Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM]
