We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant & Billing Executive to manage both our accounting and billing operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation. Prepare and maintain financial statements, cash flow statements, and monthly reports. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Oversee customer billing, invoicing, and payment collections. Maintain accurate billing records and ensure timely generation of invoices. Coordinate with management for budget preparation and expense tracking. Assist in GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Work closely with the operations team to ensure accurate billing for all services provided. Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and records. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in accounting and billing. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP or similar accounting software. Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. Familiarity with GST and basic tax compliance. Soft Skills: Attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
