Role Overview

Accountant & Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Maintain accurate journal entries and ledgers
• Manage GST filings (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B) and ensure compliance
• Handle e-commerce accounting operations
• Import/export data from Excel to Tally and other software platforms
• Oversee stock, dispatch, and production management
• Support daily business operations across multiple departments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills

Candidates who do not meet the following must-have criteria will not be considered:

• Residence within 30 minutes commuting distance

  to Narela office

• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets

  , including formulas like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, ARRAYFORMULA, REGEXREPLACE, QUERY, etc.

• Exceptional logical and analytical capabilities

  for problem-solving and process optimization

• Expert-level knowledge of accounting software

  , including

  Tally Prime

  ,

  Tally ERP

  ,

  BUSY

  , and similar tools
• In-depth experience with

  eCommerce accounting

  and data management
• Strong command over

  Tally Excel Import features

• Proficiency in

  GST return filings (R1, 3B)

  and compliance standards

Preferred Attributes

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities across operations, dispatch, stock, and production
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations and meet deadlines efficiently
