Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant / Operations Executive based in Chalisgaon. The role involves overseeing financial transactions, managing accounts, preparing operational reports, and ensuring compliance with procedures. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, supporting logistics and inventory management, collaborating with suppliers or vendors, and assisting in the seamless coordination of import/export operations.

Qualifications

• Accounting and financial management skills, including record-keeping, budget management, and compliance tracking
• Proficiency in operations and logistics coordination, including inventory management and vendor relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage processes and optimize workflows
• Proficiency in tools such as accounting software, spreadsheets, and ERP systems
• Effective communication and organizational skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Relevant academic qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the agriculture or import/export industry is a plus
