Job Description

Key Responsibilities Daily Accounting: Maintain accurate books of accounts, journal entries, reconciliations, and ledgers. GST & Compliance: Handle GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements. Invoicing & PO Management: Prepare and track invoices, purchase orders, and payment schedules. Collections: Manage accounts receivable, follow up with clients for timely payments. MIS & Reporting: Create dashboards and generate MIS reports for management review. Vendor & Client Coordination: Manage vendor payments, negotiate timelines, and ensure smooth financial operations. Process Building: Establish standard operating procedures for financial workflows that are aligned with our Zoho Books setup.
