Accountant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage all financial transactions, including GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Tally and capable of preparing Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, and Profit & Loss Statements accurately and timely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Prepare and maintain books of accounts up to finalization.
• Manage GST related activities – input/output reconciliation, return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.), and ensuring compliance.
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and timely return filing.
• Assist in preparing and submitting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Prepare Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, and Profit & Loss Account.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and coordinate with auditors during audits.
• Maintain and reconcile bank accounts and vendor/supplier ledgers.
• Support management with financial reports and analysis as required.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of all accounting records.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax regulations.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and finalization of accounts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other office applications.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation.
• Preferred: Experience in working with auditors and handling statutory compliances independently.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
