Job Summary

Manvi International Courier is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to handle tasks independently. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry, ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable.
• Collect and record payments from clients and vendors.
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments with accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile account entries and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to track payments and support operations.
• Assist with general office and administrative accounting tasks.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage routine tasks efficiently and work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Tally is preferred.
