Position Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate must possess strong English communication skills to effectively coordinate with our clients and internal teams. Proficiency in accounting software and a solid understanding of financial principles are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions in ERP systems
• Process vendor invoices and manage timely payments
• Manage accounts receivable, including invoice generation and payment follow-ups
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and profit/loss reports
• Post journal entries and support general ledger activities
• Communicate professionally with clients
• handle financial operations and client interactions

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
• Proficient in English (verbal and written)
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
• Experience with ERP/accounting software

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000/month
