Job Title: Accountant – Full-Time (Female Preferred)
Location: Dharmadom, Kannur, Kerala
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
Enter invoices, perform bank reconciliation, and maintain accurate books of accounts
Perform GST-compliant accounting
Handle GST return filing & IT return filing
Prepare financial reports as per accounting standards
Manage sales orders, billing, and inventory records (online & offline)
General office duties
Report directly to the Managing Partner
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting/office administration (Mandatory)
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting (Required)
CA Inter (Preferred)
Good communication skills in English & Malayalam
Knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks
Strong skills in MS Excel
Preference for candidates with audit/accounting experience
Schedule & Work Mode
Work Days: Monday to Saturday
Timing: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Work Mode: In-person at Dharmadom, Kannur
