Job Description

Office Administrator – (Female Preferred) Onsite at Dharmadom, Kannur

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Location: Dharmadom, Kannur (Onsite only)
Shift: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Experience: 1+ year preferred (Freshers with strong organizational skills may also apply)

As our operations expand, we are seeking an Office Administrator to oversee daily administrative functions, support internal teams, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including attendance tracking, supply management, and logistics.
  • Maintain office files, documents, and records in a systematic and accessible manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as CRM, Packaging, and Marketing to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist the Managing Director with scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communications.
  • Handle vendor coordination, payment follow-ups, and official correspondence.
  • Maintain and enforce office policies to ensure staff discipline and operational efficiency.
  • Record and maintain basic accounts related to company operations and administrative expenses.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Commerce or Business Administration preferred)
  • Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace tools
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Positive, proactive, and dependable work attitude
