Accountant (Location Gachibowli Hyderabad)

Job Responsibility of Accountant · Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all Infrastructure sector transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and investments. · Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. · Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial discrepancies are resolved. · Assist in preparing budgets for Infrastructure sector projects and monitor expenditures to ensure adherence. · Provide financial forecasts and analyze variances to budget. · Ensure compliance with tax regulations, property laws, and accounting standards. · Handle GST, TDS and other tax filings related to real estate operations. · Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements and cash flow analyses. · Coordinate audits and respond to inquiries from regulatory authorities. Qualifications & Skills · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field real estate and infrastructure preferred. · Experience: 10-12 years of accounting experience, preferably in the Infrastructure sector. · Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and Microsoft Excel. · Knowledge: Familiarity with Infrastructure accounting, including revenue recognition and cost allocation. · Attributes: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
