Job Description

Processing accounts payable and receivable
Managing payroll and expense tracking
Consulting with management on financial strategy
Managing cash flow
Reviewing contracts
Using accounting software to manage financial data
Record keeping: Accurately recording financial transactions and reconciling accounts.
Financial reporting: Preparing and analyzing financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements, to present the company's financial position.
Tax management: Preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
Budgeting and forecasting: Developing and monitoring budgets, as well as forecasting future financial performance.
Auditing: Performing internal audits and cooperating with external auditors to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Financial analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost reduction or profit enhancement.
Compliance: Ensuring all financial records and activities comply with accounting principles (like GAAP or IFRS) and government regulations.
