Job Summary:
Kazmax Industries Pvt Limited is looking for a dedicated Facade Site Engineer to manage on-site activities for our facade projects. The candidate will ensure that facade installations are executed according to design specifications, timelines, and safety standards. This role requires close coordination with the project team, contractors, and clients to maintain smooth site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Tally entries of sale and Purchase.
Eway bills making Banks data entry.
Challan making for materials shipment.
Prepare or Checking of RA bills of vendors.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring expenses stay within limits.
Analyze project costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal tax regulations.
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate employee payments.
Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payments to suppliers and vendors.
Handle accounts receivable, ensuring prompt collection of payments from clients.
Track and report financial performance of individual facade projects.
Implement and monitor internal financial controls to protect company assets.
Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits, providing necessary documentation.
Checking RA bills of vendors.
