Job Description

Looking for Experienced Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate books of accounts (Tally or similar software)
Prepare and manage GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliances
Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor and client reconciliations
Track project-wise costing, billing, and expense reports
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and auditors for financial documentation
Ensure timely invoicing and follow-ups for payments
Manage Employee Payroll, ESI, PF,
Maintain Employee Salary Slips

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience (preferably in construction/interior industry)
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles
Knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and project costing
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred:

Experience in handling accounts for interior fit-out or construction projects
Working knowledge of BOQ-based invoicing and vendor billing
