Job Description – Accountant
Job Location: Rajkot

Profile: Accountant

Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Salary: 30,000 to ₹35,000 (As per Experience & Performance)

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries using Tally Software.
Handle routine accounting work including bookkeeping and cash handling.
Manage banking transactions such as Net Banking, RTGS, NEFT, UPI, and G-Pay payments.
Perform bank reconciliation and record bank entries from passbooks.
Manage accounts receivable and payable.
Handle TDS and GST compliance, including return filing and payments.
Assist in balance sheet preparation and data finalization.
Draft and manage official letters, emails, and financial correspondence.

Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with accounting standards.

Required Skills

* Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and MS Word.
* Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
* Experience in bank reconciliation and online banking operations.
* Good communication skills for mail drafting and letter writing.
* High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and time management skills.
