Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in accounting and must be proficient in Tally, Excel, and possess excellent communication skills.

As an Accountant at [Company Name], you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, ensuring accuracy in financial data, and maintaining the accounting records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and policies
• Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Prepare tax returns and ensure timely payments
• Handle payroll processing and other related accounting tasks
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting
• Proficient in Tally and Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Knowledge of other accounting software is a plus
