Accountant

Accountant – E-commerce Transactions Location: HSR Layout Bengaluru (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting entries for e-commerce transactions (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, D2C website, etc.). Perform payment reconciliations between sales platforms, payment gateways, and bank accounts. Track and verify commissions, deductions, and returns from marketplaces. Handle GST, TDS, and compliance filings related to online transactions. Maintain P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. Coordinate with operations, finance, and auditors for smooth closing of accounts. Identify and resolve discrepancies in settlements, refunds, and chargebacks. Prepare monthly MIS reports to support decision-making. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, or CA Inter preferred). 2–5 years of accounting experience (at least 1+ year in e-commerce accounting). Strong knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / ERP software. Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree settlements. Good understanding of GST, TDS, and compliance for e-commerce businesses. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. What We OfferOpportunity to work with a fast-scaling e-commerce brand.
