Job Title: Accountant Location: Prominance Corporate Head Office SF.No. 207/1 B & 1 C, Selakaraichal Road Appanaickenpatti, Sulur, Coimbatore Experience: 2–3 Years Department: Finance & Accounts Reports To: Senior Accountant / Accounts Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 2–3 years of experience in accounting operations, particularly in vouching, GST/TDS booking, GRN verification, and RM (Raw Material) stock handling. The role also includes leading a small team of junior accountants. Key Responsibilities: Vouching of purchase, expense, and journal entries for accuracy and compliance. Booking GST and TDS entries as per applicable tax provisions. Lead and supervise a team of 4 members for daily voucher checks and data validation. Perform GRN (Goods Receipt Note) checks and ensure proper linkage with purchase invoices. Assist in RM stock verification and periodic stocktaking. Coordinate with procurement and stores for invoice and stock reconciliation. Support in monthly closing and audit documentation. Requirements: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance. 2–3 years of experience in core accounting functions. Familiarity with Tally Basic understanding of GST and TDS provisions. Good team coordination and task supervision skills. Accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability.
