Accountant – Construction/Interior Design Firm

Location: Kakkanad
Experience Required: 2+ Years

We are a dynamic and growing construction/interior design firm committed to delivering excellence in every project. As we expand, we're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team and support our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) with precision
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal controls
Collaborate with project teams to track budgets and expenditures
Handle vendor payments, client invoicing, and bank reconciliations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in a construction or interior design firm
Proficient in Zoho Books and Tally ERP
Strong understanding of AR/AP workflows and GST compliance
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Traits:

Familiarity with project-based accounting
Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
