About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant with at least 2 years of experience to manage our day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Tally Prime, have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliations, and possess excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts with timely entries of all transactions
• Perform bank entries and conduct monthly bank reconciliations
• Ensure creditors and debtors accounts are maintained and reconciled accurately
• Prepare and file GST returns, including reconciliations and compliance checks
• Handle TDS preparation and filing with full knowledge of current tax regulations
• Work efficiently on Tally Prime for all accounting and financial operations
• Use Microsoft Excel for reports, analysis, and data reconciliation
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on accounting experience
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel
• Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Fluent in English written and spoken; Hindi is an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience handling audit preparation and statutory compliance
• Familiarity with additional accounting software or ERP systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
