About the Company

HMT (Hiray Media & Technology Pvt. Ltd.) is a fast-growing technology and services company delivering ERP Solutions, IT Material Supply, CCTV Installations, Scanning/Data Entry Projects, and Software Services across multiple industries. We are expanding our finance & accounts team and looking for a skilled Accountant.

Job Role: Accountant Qualification

• M.Com OR equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Additional certifications in GST/TDS/Accounting will be an advantage.

Experience Required

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Accounting.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime.
• Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, GSTR-1/3B filing, and E-way bills.
• Handling day-to-day accounting entries.
• Bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, ledger management.
• Knowledge of purchase/sales invoices, credit/debit notes.
• Knowledge of basic financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet).
• Preparing MIS reports.
• Understanding of payroll & PF/ESIC (optional but preferred).
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table preferred).

Additional Responsibilities

• Preparing monthly accounting reports.
• Coordinating with CA for audits.
• Ensuring compliance with taxation & statutory requirements.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
• Following internal accounting systems and improving process efficiency.
