Key Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records using Tally ERP software.
GST Compliance: Prepare and file GST returns, ensuring adherence to tax regulations.
Financial Reporting: Generate balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing and related tax documentation.
Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary financial reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within an advertising or creative industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime; strong knowledge of GST filing and tax calculations.
Software Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Language Skills: Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy.
