Job Description

As an Accountant at GMC Regency Plaza, a prestigious 4-star property under Gentleman Chit Funds (India) Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve managing and overseeing the financial operations with a commitment to operational excellence and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting operations efficiently. - Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts accurately. - Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow effectively. - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, and ESI. - Liaise with auditors, banks, and other external partners as necessary. - Maintain accurate documentation and support for all financial transactions. - Generate timely reports for management review. Preferred Candidate Profile: - Educational Qualification: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent in Accounting/Finance. - Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. - Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, MS Excel, etc.). - Strong knowledge of statutory compliances and tax procedures. - High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and time management. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
